Meet the Team

Joanne Dingwall, Director

ExtraHR Solutions Ltd was founded by Joanne Dingwall (MCIPD), a proven HR professional with a successful career spanning over 25 years. Her wealth of knowledge has been gained in top employer companies across a variety of sectors, including 20 years’ in Financial Services.

Joanne has held both generalist and specialist HR roles. She is a subject matter expert in employee relations, HR policy, change management and OD with a passion for diversity and inclusion and employee engagement.

Joanne is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise to help businesses with their people solutions. Her style is approachable, collaborative and values driven. She has developed an excellent reputation for building relationships, putting people and customers first and providing professional, credible advice.

Michelle Botia, Associate

Michelle is a real people person and she is great to work with, friendly and outgoing, highly knowledgeable with bags of drive and enthusiasm.

She has had a significant career in HR, both as a Generalist and Project Manager. She has Strategic and Operational experience in senior HR roles up to HR Director level and has worked in both unionised and non-unionised environments for several major blue-chip companies in Financial Services, IT and Manufacturing.

Michelle brings a wealth of experience and is ideally placed to help support you to manage your people more effectively within your business.
